What kind of furniture do you make?
We build wardrobes, beds, partitions, panels, retail and office furniture, and much more — everything is made-to-order based on your space and style. We also take on renovation projects and offer both modular and fixed furniture.
Can you help with design or just fabrication?
Both! You can share a reference image, moodboard, or concept — or let our designers take it from scratch. For full-service projects, we also provide technical drawings or 3D renders.
Do you work with individuals or just professionals?
We work with homeowners, architects, contractors, and brands — whether it’s one custom piece or a full bulk project. No strict minimum order, but timelines depend on our ongoing schedule.
Where do you deliver?
We’re based in Faridabad and deliver across Delhi-NCR. For larger projects, we work pan-India. Delivery is charged separately based on volume and distance.
Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Yes! We install everything ourselves and provide one free post-installation visit. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and touch-ups are also available. Basic care: clean with a dry cloth, avoid water or sharp objects.
How do you source materials?
We usually source trusted materials on your behalf (ply, hardware, finishes, etc.) — or you can supply your own. Brands like Hafele, Blum, and Greenply are often used. Each project is fully customized, so no inventory is kept.
How are payments handled?
For new clients, payments are made in advance-based stages. For long-term collaborators, we offer credit terms. Each quote includes fabrication + material; delivery and installation are separate.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Since every piece is custom-built, we don’t offer refunds or returns. But we keep you in the loop through every stage to ensure your expectations are met.
How long will it take to deliver my furniture?
Timelines vary depending on your design, material availability, and quantity. Once everything is final, we’ll give you a clear production and delivery timeline. If your site is delayed after production, storage charges may apply.
What if my order is damaged during delivery?
If we manage delivery, we take full responsibility. If you handle transport, we can’t cover damages once the order leaves our factory.
Can you match Pinterest designs or specific references?
Yes! Send us your ideas — we’ll replicate them or suggest something better suited for your needs and budget.
Do you rent out machines too?
Yes — our machines (CNC, panel saws, edge banding, hot press, etc.) can be rented by vendors when not in use. Just check availability in advance.
